• Errors and omissions insurance protection. Click here for copy of E & O Insurance.

• Custom preparation of exchange documentation for your old and new property escrows, and review of such documents to ensure successful completion of your exchange.

• Assistance in correctly identifying and designating your new investment property.

• Review and execution of escrow closing documents as seller of the old property and purchaser of the new.

• Safe holding and disbursement of your exchange proceeds, giving you the benefit of any interest earned.

• Full reporting of exchange proceeds and earnings, in an "accountant ready" binder with copies of your exchange documents.

Because tax laws, regulations, court cases and IRS rulings are subject to change, it is important that you consult your tax advisor or one of our staff attorneys to determine if there have been any changes which could affect your exchange.
